The staff were all amazing, concierge staff, maintenance, cleaners and restaurant staff very welcoming, happy and did their jobs very well. The hotel itself a little worn down as such in some rooms, but main range fixed any issues very quickly, the rooms were clean, and cleaned daily. The pool and walking paths always clean and so pretty. Buffett breakfast daily absolutely delicious!. All in all absolutely love this place value for money for sure!! And the location is amazing!!

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always found it to be a relaxing place to stay, the staff are very helpful and so polite. Relaxing around the pool area and chatting with new people from around the world is very interesting. The location of the hotel makes it so easy to walk to the beach and all the places I wanted to visit. I loved the food at the restaurant and having room service was a real bonus, just loved their steak sandwiches.

We love this place. It's perfect for what we need and can afford. The pool is clean and I love the fact that it's got a good sized kids play pool. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but for the price - it is more than fine. This time we also ordered a few meals from the Restaurant and they were yummy and well priced. Overall, the place is clean and the aircon iis cold - that is pretty much exactly what we want.

I have always stayed here once I discovered this gem. Close to airport, best coffee in Bali is across the road Bubb-Hatch, local warungs selling beautiful food. Everything you need and not forgetting best staff to help you out, so kind and helpful especially for solo women on their own.

This is a traditional type of bungalow reminiscent of my backpacker days. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is nice and small and quiet and other guests are very friendly. It is so cheap. Fantastic hot shower. Lots of convenient shops and laundry nearby. Staff are lovely
